Kathleen D. Fleming is a Client Services Associate in the firm’s Charlottesville and St. Charles, Illinois, offices. She was the Administrative Assistant to Bill Achenbach for 22 years prior to the merger of W. L. Achenbach & Associates and Signature in 2007. In that role Kathy handled many responsibilities, including Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Administrative Officer, and worked directly with WLAA clients on daily administrative matters. At Signature, Kathy continues in her administrative role with the firm’s Charlottesville and Chicago clients.

Prior to joining WLAA, Kathy held a variety of office and client administration positions for Chicago-based financial services companies, including Brownson, Rehmus & Foxworth, Inc.; Stein, Roe & Farnham; and Brown Brothers Harriman & Co.

Kathy is active in her community, and is a member of the Mission/Outreach Committee for Baker Memorial United Methodist Church and the Phoebe Circle of United Methodist Church Women.
Kathy received her business degree from Bradley University with a concentration in Office Administration.

She and her husband, Jim, have two married sons (both daughters-in-law named Lauren!) and a grandbaby due in June 2012. In her free time Kathy enjoys photography, family history, and hiking & snowshoeing in the Colorado Rockies.
